Privacy policy

This is a plain-language summary. It should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

What we collect

From hosts: name, email address and the events, guest lists, cards and messages they create. From guests: the name, phone number and email address a host adds, and the reply a guest gives.

Why we use it

Only to run the service: to create cards, send invitations, record replies, take payments and stream events to invited guests. We do not sell personal data.

Who else sees it

Providers that help us deliver the service: WhatsApp and SMS delivery, DPO Pay for payments, and our hosting. They receive only what they need to do their part.

Your choices

When a guest answers an invitation by SMS or WhatsApp, we read the reply only to record it (for example 1 for yes, 2 for no, or STOP). Replies we cannot read as an answer are shown to the host of that event. We never reply automatically, and we do not keep guests' messages longer than the event needs.

Guests can stop messages and erase their details from the link on their invitation. Hosts can export their data and delete their account in the app. You can also write to us through the contact form.

Keeping data safe

Connections are encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, and each guest link works only for that guest.
